Sign Up To Volunteer With Johnston County Schools

  • The Cleveland High School Band Parents Association coordinates many opportunities for parents, alumni and members of the community to volunteer year-round in support of our ensembles.

  • To be a chaperone or supervise students for any amount of time, you must be registered as a Level 2 volunteer with Johnston County Schools. To register or check your current status, visit the link shown here (after July 4th.)

How You Can Help

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Various Needs Include

  • July 4th Celebrate Cleveland community event.

  • Band Camp Meals during late July/early August camp weeks.

  • Critique and Competition in September.

  • Chaperones for local, regional and national travel

  • Pit and Prop Crews for all ensembles.

  • Assisting and coordinating various fundraisers throughout the year

  • Installing US Flags for our FLAGS ACROSS CLEVELAND subscription service

  • Holiday Bazaar in December

  • Atlantic Indoor Polar Classic, winter guard competition
